Clos du Château l'Oiselinière is a 6 hectare single vineyard overlooking the confluence of the Sèvre and Maine rivers. The orthogneiss soil and the situation of the vineyard confers to this traditional Muscadet Sur Lie all its specificity.
Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel. Aged 6 months on the lees and then 12 months in bottle.
The color is a very pale yellow. There are very small bubbles, called "Perlant," that come from the Sur Lie vinification process. Citrus aromas of grapefruits and lemon skin on the nose. The wine is very fresh in mouth with bitter and citrus tones, well balanced with white flower and exotic fruit at the end.
