Tasting Notes:
Nose: Vanilla essence and spiced custard open the bouquet, gradually evolving into honeyed beeswax, sweet lemon candy, apricot jam, and a delicate whisper of fresh cake dough.
Palate: The body strikes a bold balance spice from the oak meets rich distillate fruit notes. Expect caramelized brown sugar, toffee, and hints of mashed banana and marzipan.
Finish: A long, warming close dominated by wood spice. Waves of cinnamon and dried ginger linger, with the natural sweetness falling back to let the oak show its strength.
