The winery has been one of Friuli’s leading producers for over a decade. It is managed and owned by Serena Palazzolo, who, after college graduation, returned home to take over the work that her father had begun. The best expression of the Gnemiz philosophy is: “I bend but I don't break, the land will be your friend if you treat it well and it will give its best."
