100% Chardonnay; 100% barrel-fermented and aged; made from juice only; 2 years in 30 gallon barrels without topping or SO2.
Complexity, intensity, excellent acidity. The wine is ripe and powerful, but also subtle and complex; completely marked by its exposure to oxygen and the influence of surface yeast. In some ways like Ganevat; in some ways like a Manzanilla Pasada. This wine is ready to drink but will develop slowly and subtlely for 20 years.
