Zeta is Pegaso’s Cebreros village wine, produced from over 60-year-old, organically-farmed, bush-trained garnacha vines. It offers a vision of the clarity, harmony, and elegance of Cebreros garnacha, farmed by experienced hands. Produced with old-vine Garnacha on granite and schist soils from a healthy vintage. It’s a very harmonious vintage, expressive with bright red fruit and an herbal touch. The palate is seamless, rich but fresh, with pungent flavors and abundant, fine-grained tannins.
