Bodegas Dominio de Atauta drinks from the tradition of a valley with more than five centuries of winemaking tradition and with extreme conditions, both due to the altitude at which it is located, as well as a climate with little rain and large temperature fluctuations. This wine has full-on aromas of blackberry, plum, black cherry and cassis, with a whiff of eucalyptus. It has flavors of ripe black and red fruits and a touch of black-olive paste and saddle leather. The tannins are bold but silky and the finish is persistent.
